I'm not sure how I exactly feel about this one...It's true and I do it more often than I think I should -- faking a smile when I'm upset, angry or sad.  As I'm getting older, I think it's better to let people know how you really think/feel...thoughts to ponder.

work hard and be nice

I learned this from Grandpa Gary.  I think it's one of the most important things in life.  And I still need to remind myself of the latter more often than I would like.
