an 'off' day

I had an 'off' day yesterday...I was impatient, I yelled at my sweet little cherubs, and then later I cried big guilty tears.  You both are so precious to me and I try to treat you in a way that will not crush your spirit. 

I needed a day to re-charge and when I didn't take one, I took my frusterations out on you.  I love you both with all of my heart and would do anything to perserve your innocence and happiness.  I will do better today and tomorrow and the next and the one after that...
